Richard T. Anuszkiewicz

Highlighted as a top industry innovator by Kitchen & Bath Design News for creative talents and business acumen, Richard T. Anuszkiewicz (ANNA-SKEV-ICH) is a recognized kitchen and bath design authority. A 2019 NKBA Insider, 2018 Coverings Emerging Leader, 2017 Modenus Top 10 Design Influencer and Washingtonian Style Setter, Richard graduated from Virginia Tech NKBA accredited Residential Design program and is an alumnus of the NKBA Top 30 Under 30 program in 2013.

Anuszkiewicz is a respected keynote speaker presenting nationally at premier industry events including: Dwell on Design Los Angeles, Design Chicago, Wanted Design New York, DDA Toronto, KBIS Las Vegas and Orlando. Richard has been highlighted in numerous high-profile publications, such as Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest, Traditional HomeHouse Beautiful, The Washington Post, The Editor At Large, Robb Report, HGTV and more. He enjoys staying up to date with trends and technologies and most recently he was abroad at Salone del Mobile in Milan, Living Kitchen in Cologne and The London Design Festival.

Christopher Maya

Christopher Maya has long been respected for his ability to create an integrated, polished look while maintaining a comfortable, warm, and livable environment. His design philosophy aims for timeless appeal through tailored and historically referenced designs with understated elegance. Since founding his firm in 1999, Christopher has designed a diverse range of projects, from Manhattan apartments and townhouses to rambling homes and weekend retreats.

Christopher creates environments that are relevant to modern living. He enjoys articulating his passion for seamlessly integrating both modern and antique details to create style and depth on any given project.

His work has been featured in several publications including Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, House Beautiful, Metropolitan Home, the New York Times, Connecticut Cottages and Gardens and Hamptons Cottages and Gardens. NY Spaces has rated Christopher as one of the top 50 designers since 2010.

In 2013, Christopher launched an eponymous fabric line sold through Holland & Sherry showrooms around the world. He has also designed a furniture line produced by EJ Victor. Christopher has participated in numerous show houses for charity including the Kips Bay Show House of 2006, 2009 and 2018.

Interior Designer

Kerry Delrose

Delrose formed the Delrose Design Group based in New York City. Focused on high end residential projects and unique brand based opportunities the firm has worked internationally in Australia, Europe and Dubai as well as every corner of the U.S.

His work is defined by clean, simple, modern lines and furnishings. Large scale pieces, unusual objects and innovative applications are signature in his work. His use of natural, organic furnishings and materials make for very progressive design and have caught the eyes of hoteliers, celebrities, and designers alike. His corporate clients have included Westin Hotels, Baccarat and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Kerry’s work has been featured in House & Garden, Elle Décor, Luxe, Esquire Classic Home, House Beautiful, New York Spaces, Vanity Fair, Hamptons Cottages and Gardens, Traditional Home, Design NJ, and several coffee table books. He has been a contributor to many publications, as well as a speaker at various design events.

Kerry has participated in the Kips Bay Show house, The Hampton Designer Show house, The Idea House, and Esquire House among others.

Some of the projects for 2022 completion are residences at The Mandarin Oriental, a Virginia estate, and a waterfront home in Westchester County.

Architect and Interior Designer

Carol Kurth

Carol is an award-winning licensed architect and interior designer and principal of Carol Kurth Architecture + Interiors. Her distinguished and award-winning body of residential and commercial work is known for its elegant and imaginative integration of site, form, structure, and materials.

Designing distinctive architecture that layers modernism with traditional elements and textures, while taking inspiration from nature and the built environment are at the core of her work. The design vision integrates all scales: landscapes, building forms, interiors, and product design. A multidisciplinary expertise and active engagement from conception through construction administration, interior design, and art curation are at the forefront of Carol’s work ethos, bringing a cohesive design vision throughout the process.

Carol is a native New Yorker and grew up in the scenic New York City “Hudson Heights” neighborhood of Manhattan. She is inspired by the layered urban backdrops of the city and the quiet, natural surroundings of Westchester, where her studio has been located for more than three decades. Her diverse portfolio of places to live, work, and play embodies an inventive spirit. She is expert at creating transformative backdrops for living and inspirations for the luxury lifestyle.

Engaged with the architecture + design community, as well as philanthropy and academia, Carol is a member of the Baldwin Design Council and serves on the board of the American Cancer Society Leadership Council. Additionally, she is an active board member and past president of the alumni association at the Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at The City College of the City University of New York (CCNY).

Carol J. Weissman Kurth is a Registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont and Florida; a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA), a Member of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID); and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Interior Designer

Alvin Wayne

Alvin Wayne is a New York City based interior designer who believes everyone deserves to live in luxury. He is known for his ability to infuse modern and timeless design with natural and organic elements with pops of personality. Alvin’s design education and years of luxury retail has contributed to his overall design aesthetic, along with his love of music, art and fashion.

Alvin Wayne Interiors (AWI) has been featured in Architectural Digest, NBC open house, HGTV, Apartment Therapy, and CB2.

Alison Rose

Alison Rose New York is a multidisciplinary design studio renowned for creating enchanting and experiencial atmospheres. Each project is an inspired translation blending culture and historical reference with a modern vocabulary. Designer Alison Rose’s foundation working in both architecture and interiors allows a true connection between the physical space, the inhabitants, and the objects that live within. The innate ability to juxtapose unexpected materiality through architecture and alluring contemporary custom furnishings represents a passion for luxury living in a place of timeless authenticity. Alison Rose has earned the interior design best of year award, NYCxDESIGN award.

Honoree, winner of the Boutique Design Competition: Best of 2020 for Wall Covering and a nomination by International Créateurs Design Award for Best Design Collaboration 2021. Alison will continue to forage her love for shape and expanding materiality, launching her newest collections in 2022.
